Our necklaces are truly one-of-a-kind pieces, crafted by hand. Once sold, they will not be restocked. However, similar pieces in the same spirit are created for each collection. Our earrings are produced in limited series. To make sure you don't miss out, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter.
What is the return policy?
Changed your mind? You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return on necklaces and bracelets.

The item must be returned in perfect, unworn condition, and in its original packaging.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund.

When will I get my order?
Your order is prepared and shipped the next business day after your purchase.
In Switzerland: It is sent via Priority Tracked Mail (usually 1 business day).
For other countries: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Where are your products manufactured?
Each piece is entirely handcrafted by the designer in her workshop in Lausanne, Switzerland.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is 7 CHF for Switzerland, 14.90 EUR for Europe, 14.90 GBP for the UK. We offer free shipping on all orders over 80 CHF / 80 EUR / 80 GBP. This offer can be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.
Workshops & Experiences
How do I receive my workshop ticket? You will not receive a physical ticket by mail. Your order confirmation email serves as your ticket. Simply present it (on your phone or printed) upon arrival at the location. We will have your name on our guest list.
Can I cancel or refund a workshop booking? Workshops follow a specific policy different from our jewelry.
More than 72h before the event: You can cancel for a full refund or reschedule for free.
Less than 72h before the event: Cancellations are non-refundable (a 40 CHF fee applies). However, you can transfer your spot to a friend! Just let us know their name via email.
Do I need any experience to attend? Not at all! Our "Textured Forms" workshops are designed for complete beginners. You will be guided step-by-step.
